Adding new field in CV01N/CV02N

Hi,

We have a new requirement to add a new field in transaction CV01N/CV02N. I have search the forum and found the exit CV110001. But in which table we should add the field and in which screen exit with code? We also require this new filed in reporting (CV04N).

Pl suggest the solution.
