I have gone through the document,it involves lot of calculations and complexity is more.
More over for each employee amount will be different because we are calculating cost based on Cost Factor.So to identify difference amount for each employee involves lot of work Image may be NSFW.

More over if new record is created for all employees in affected plan ,effective 1st July payroll is prorating.So i think creating new record will be easy i suppose.....
Thanks for providing one more option to look into.....
Any other way can you think of,because we are yet to make the changes in System??
