Without the SRM or CRM system, it will be a huge task to accomplish the same.
You will have to code the entire logic in ABAP to generate the XML file and place them in the desired location.
First identify the table, meaning what kind of data you will need to store, extract those from the respective table and try to join all the tables.
My suggestion would be to use BODS tool, as it ETL, it will ease your load for extraction to minimum.
