I would like to make the following changes in the Service level: Ticket priority on settings, but apparently it isn't possible to change these fields. I ask for your cooperation to make these changes.
I need just to change the names, and let the logic of time, if it's possible, What problems could be later with the new updates?
I need:
-Rename Priority by: Complexity
-Rename Normal by: Media
-Rename Urgent by: High
Low priority left the same.
Immediate priority, I want to hide it.
