I deleted all logs using SLG2 and quit SAP GUI then login again, executed /scwm/todlv_o to trigger the error and went back to SLG1, still system shows such. I think detailed log should be there in system but I just couldn't find it out, so I have to rethink my configurations, try to find something wrong or missing.

What value you are passing for "_SCOPE"? Have you tried passing '1'?
Importance of scope:
_SCOPE = 1 means Lock entries are deleted while passing the control to V1 update work process.
_SCOPE = 2 means Lock entries are passed while passing the control to V1 update work process. They are deleted at the End of V2.
This is the default setting.
_SCOPE = 3 means Lock entries are created only while passing the control to V1 update work process. They are again deleted at the End of V2.

I am also facing the same issue currently.
I have OLAP connections enabled to the respective BW system that is sourcing the data. I could also open the workbook from the BI Platform directly and refresh in AO which is asking once to Login to SAP BW.
Appreciate your inputs
We have AO 1.4.7.3073 (Client) have the Add on installed on the BI 4.1 SP 3.2 version.

Have you transfered the SPL index to TREX? The error could be due to no SPL Indexes in TREX Server, if you didn't transfer complete SPL indexes to TREX server.
Ensure that you have regenerated the index and that it has been transfered fully to TREX:
1. Reset Buffers - /SAPSLL/SPL_CUS_APP_BUFF_RESET
2. Generate Comparison Terms for SPL - /SAPSLL/SPL_CREATE_SEARCHTERMS
3. Aggregate Comparison Terms - /SAPSLL/SPL_INDEX_CREATE
4. Generate Comparison Terms for Bus. Partners -
/SAPSLL/SPL_CREATE_SEARCHTADRC
