Maintaing Reason in Modify Identity Page, records are not updated at Server Level

Hi Team,

In our Modify Identity page, recently we have updated the comment 'Z_REASON_MODIFY_ADMIN' as 'Reason' section as  in the attachment (Modify Identity). We achieved the Functionality.

Our concern is while we maintain the reason the input value is not being recoreded in the Server at the Path D:USR\SAP\IDM\Identity Center\Exports. File name is like 'modified_by_admin_12052016'.

Please help us why the input values Is not recorded in the server at the path (d:usr\sap\IDM\Identity Center\Exports).
