So now your info package with zero records(green status)?
have you seen ecc side job log details. please check it.
Bw side, go to info package monitor screen, header tab, Copy Request ID.
Go to ECC system, Tx - SM37, job name: BI<copied request id>
User id: *
Status: finish, cancel and active
Date: july 20 - july 21.
execute it, You will get respective job, select that job and click on log details.
if you job was finished in seconds. then function module logic may not be calling properly or logic may be skipping.
Are you familiar with ABAP? if not take abap expert recheck your source code.
As said above, debug info pack also.
