Yes, if you know the list of tables, you can use the troubleshooter provided with the data transfer activity to transfer the tables. You can choose the option create new flat tables. You can then give the list of tables names. Observe the procedure monitor. Once the troubleshooting activities are compelte,you can run the data selection and data transfer activities to transfer these tables
