Are you certain that this dynpro could be recorded in old times (which version did you have before?)?
I am on BASIS 731 and APPL 606
And my recording does not record anything on this dynpro either.
If you are sure it was possible before the upgrade then you should log a bug at SAP Support.
From my point of view you know already which organization your want extend, so I would do a recording (no actually I would not do a recording as I am an Idoc fan) on ME11 to extend the info record.
