Separating Alerts in Technical Monitoring Alert Inbox

Hi Friends,


In our landscape, there are 2 different teams monitoring their own set of systems, with their own set of templates and notification list, by one and the same Solution Manager system.


Now, both the teams are getting their relevant systems’ alert mails in their mail boxes, but since both the teams are using one and the same Solution Manager system, all the alerts are hitting the same Alert Inbox in Technical Monitoring Workcenter.

Is there any possibility of separating them in here (Technical Monitoring Alert Inbox) too?


My understanding is- Technical Monitoring is not a solution dependent functionality, so we cannot separate them in Alert Inbox.
