data is not fetching in setup table for 2LIS_04_P_ARBPL

I used this steps...in R3 side

activated DS

delete setup table lbwg

fill setup table oli4bw

while filling setup table nothing is happening and also I have tried to fill it using sbiw.

kindly provide solution
