I have a scenario of complaints in CRM that creates a notification in ECC. My requirement now is to create a follow on Service Order in ECC when the notification is created. My question is - Is this a configuration to be maintained in ECC, if yes can you please detail the steps ? Alternately, can this be accomplished on notification Save ? If yes, can you please suggest what is the enhancement/BADI/User Exit this can be accomplished with ? When creating Notification from CRM, the FM CRM_QM_NOTIF_UPLOAD_PROXY is called. Do we have a provision to accomplish the creation of service order through Notification Save ?
