DMS Workflow issue

Dear All,

I am new to DMS, got an issue in workflow log in CV02N tcode. Somebody made some changes, & now workflow log is showing multiple line (in alv, on clicking which we can see the detailed workflow steps) of logging. Earlier there was only one line in log, clicking on which we can see all related activities. Now, all sub-statuses are also shown. Is there any way to hide this?
