once again thank you very much for the valuable heads-up.
However the link you gave me refer to how to limit or restrict the number of users (People Picker) upon creating a new rule. What we want is just to remove the option for some of the users and keep it for others.
I think this has to do with some settings on the portal rather than the back-end Business Suite (BADI etc).
What's your view? Is it clear what we're trying to achieve?
