Appraisal Document Button Close

Dear experts.

I am working with the MSS .

The system open  the appraisal document, however this not show the button closed in the box  to complete the appraisal document.

However if I use SAP_ALL this button appear.

What is the role that I should use ? What is the function module or method that handles this?
