Re: Business Objects Explorer on Safari->Default Play and Loop Setting

Hi Mandy/Antoine try this:

1. Stop Tomcat
2. Open file: C:\Program Files (x86)\SAP BusinessObjects\Tomcat6\webapps\explorer\WEB-INF\classes\default.setting.properties
3. Change this line to true:  disable.compression.filter=true and save the file
4. Start Tomcat

Then additionally to clean out the swf file if you want, warning we are cleaning all browser cache here:

1. Open Firefox and make sure it displays any URL ( not Explorer main page ).
2. Go to Firefox -> History -> Clear Recent History and select Everything in the drop-down and also check all the entries including “Offline Website Data” and “Site preferences” and click Clear Now.
