Dear Omar,
Your screen shot is part of payroll schema but I think you should look at the problem in time management side. As Remi has mentioned take a look ZLIT function in your payroll log I am sure there is no any time wage type to transfer from ZL to IT so you don't see any wage type in your IT.
Go to time management side and take a look at time result through PT66.
In January you have related time type to coming late but it seems time schema does not generate this type type for next months. So you should run PT60 for a day you have coming late situation and investigate time log step by step to find what cause this situation.
