Field Usage in Sales Organisation Defination

Hi;

While configuring the new Sales Organisation in enterprise structure following fields need to be configured but not sure What is use of it. Kindly let me know the usage of fields.

1) Address Text Name- ?

2)Letter Header Text- ?

3)Footer Lines Text- ?

4)Greeting Text Name- ?

5)Text SDS sender- ?

6) Ref S org Doc Type-  This is the place where we can refer the other sales org with assigned sales docs and use for this s. org. But this field is grey so not sure where to maintain it ?

ALE- Data for purchase order

1) Purchase Organisation -?

2) Plant-?

3) Purchasing Group -?

4) storage location- ?

5) Vendor- ?

6) Movement Type- ?

7) Order Type- ?
