The ability to add schedule events does exist and works fine with the BI 4.x REST SDK, see

I've tested it and it works.

I'm just looking for a way to add a notification to the successful run of a schedule, which you can find in the Webi interface but not as an option in the REST http request, perhaps that's what you mean...
