Cannot see LDAP users in Mapped AD groups on BOE 4.1

Hi,

I cannot see any users in the mapped AD groups in the CMC. I configured the same thing in our BOE Development environment and I see the users fine, but not in our Production BOE environment.

What can be causing this issue and how can we troubleshoot this?
