Hi,
If you are using "Quick Guide to Implementing the SAP" to install BP,
you shoud complete step 2.1.3 Required SAP Components before you active your BP.
Especially, compelte the following steps.This is the main reason of your missing business functions.
3)Financials and SAP Enterprise Extension Financials 100 (EA-FI 100)
This add package include the business function FIN_LOC_CI_24.
Please check theinstallation note 1686011.
