use field's Text as work area field

hi all,

can anyone please let me know the syntax for the following situation :

i have getting text in one field of work area while looping internal table like below :

e.g

wa_cattab-role = 'H001'.

i want below mentioned scenario on the behalf of above value captured :

WA_ZSTRUCT-H001 = 'X'.
