Hi,
Can you see the BEX global and local filters once again.
I have seen that many BW developers have the habit of restricting data by applying filters in the DEFAULT VALUES(right side) pane in Bex query designer.
The restriction done at that pane will not be reflected in ur BO side.
This might be a broad assumption for your error but it would be better if u can check that.
