I was not aware there was a naming rule for HANA system ID. May I know from whom did you get this information?

And weren't you asked for sid when you applied for the license? Or you just entered hardware key, purchased memory usage, and then you got the license? I didn't know it would work, Can you check the "SAPSYSTEM" value in your license key file?
