OK, this is what really can drive a person.
Decided to go back and remove everything about TFS,TE and the MSSCCI. re-ran all the steps in the same order as I did before and now the MSSCCI install acted very diff. Asked other questions and guess what, I open PB and now it prompts for the TFS Server and DB info and for the Project info. GO FIGURE.
I must have done something out of order before,(even tho I used a chk off list, used the same now and it works.
I thank all that added or commented with thoughts and ideas.
Now to go about and finish testing for Corp.
