Have a look at the following:
- Change the account the SIA runs with:
- go to CCM
- stop SIA
- go to Properties of SIA
- in 'Logged On As' section uncheck 'System Account' and provide domain account that has access to CMS database
- start SIA
OR
- Provide the account to log on to the CMS database with:
- go to CCM
- stop SIA
- go to Properties of SIA
- go to Configuration tab, click on 'Specify' button, provide CMS database information including login and password of a user that has access to CMS database
- start SIA
