Hello experts,
As a newbie in CRM and in Social services, I need some help in the following requirement.
My requirements are:
1) provide an upload file option(PDF) at WebRequest level( I understand this can be done by coding in the bsp application)
2) this file needs to be attached to the SOA transaction( or to the SOA that gets created at the time of submitting the WebRequest( the SOA transaction is same as the request category)).
Kindly provide some input to the requirement.
