Ludger,
I added the custom Application-Specificbutton which calls the UpdateContract handler.
So yes, it calls the BOAction, which is my defined action in the BO.
I see a Save After Execution checkbox for this BOAction.
I will try that first - before trying it with a WindowOperation.
