When I enable auto extend for a device, with following:
sp_dbextend 'set', 'device', 'mydevice', '10%'
it is said:
The command completed with no results returned
then when I come back to check the device, how can I know if this deviec is set as auto growth?
If I try to run it again, I will get following message:
Number (19196) Severity (16) State (1) Server (MYSYB) Procedure (sp_dbxt_set_device) Space expansion policy already exists for object 'mydevice'. Use the MODIFY command to change the policy. Or, CLEAR this policy first, and then reissue the SET command. Use the LIST command to view the current policy.
Not sure the about this message. What LIST command?
