There are several ways this can be accomplished.
1. You can export from your existing repository by right-clicking on the object and chosing export.
a. The export windiw will show all objects and dependents from the level you chose. If you are at the project level you will see all jobs, workflows, dataflows, etc
b. You can pick and chose which objects to export by rightclicking on them in the export window and choosing to exclude.
c. Once you have you objects decided you can either export directly to another repository (right click in export window and choose export to repository) or you can create an .atl file (export to atl) and then import that into your target repository. In your target environment go to local object library, right click, choose Repository and then Import from File.
2. The other option is to make use of a secured central repository. This allows you to upload your code for version control and sharing amongst resources. In your target server you can then add this repository and do a "Get Latest" to pull down the latest code from your development environment,.
