IF you want to execute the stored procedure from script first import the SP into your data store first and you can try the below scripts, i am not sure that it will works kindly try and let me know.
Datastore Name.Owner.Procedure_Name( $Var_1 , $Var_2 );
or
SQL('Datastore_name',exec sp_xxx);
