Dimension tables holds only Dim Ids and SIDs. for this you can delete at master data(001.2015 to 012.20015) object level and run attribuite change run. later check at bex level. you won't see data for 010.2015.
Before deletion at master data object level, you better discuss with users/TL and after that you can take decision on deletion. because if any users are need to this values for planing purpose in another enivornment where bw used as db layer like in BPC.
