Unable to delete a request from a DSO

Hi,

A loading request was triggered into a DSO when the process chain was executed synchonously. The request got stuck with a yellow status. Now, when we try to change the status of the request to red and delete it, we are unable to do so. We get a message: "Request status cannot be set to "red" in its current state. "

Also, when we click on the monitor of the request, there is a short dump that is generated saying :

"MESSAGE_TYPE_X

CL_RSBM_LOG_DTP_GUI===========CP"

Please let us know if there is any suggestion to delete this request.
