Hi Shepl,
Connect to the the SAP system and call Tx SMQ1 and check the MCEX queues for a particular client.
I suggest to process the queues using the Tx LBWE on the client for the approriate application number
Eg : for MCEX02 you need to use the number 02 for Purchasing as 02 is the application number for that.
Here you will select the "Job Control" and start the job.
Once the job is finished you can check Tx SMQ1 to see whether they are gone.
You need to do for all the MCEX queues in LBWE
If they are still present then it is due to some blocking queue entries.
So run the report RMCEXCHK and check the logs. If the logs show that there are setup tables then you will have to delete them using the Tx LBWG
