Just wondering whether there are other configurations in CRM that I can use to limit the list of communication types available for selection on the BP maintenance transaction screen on the Web UI?
I know I can control the list via SM30 on table TSAC but am hoping that I can apply the changes on the web UI only and not hiding the list for the backend transaction. At the moment, I can see that the list given is already a subset of what is available in TSAC and the backend is showing the full list (e.g. when I run BP transaction and look at the list of communication types) and so am wondering whether there are other configurations that I am not aware of. Am keen to avoid the programming path at this stage.
Appreciate any pointers on the above.
