I'm sorry to hear this...
I haven't seen any issues at all in BI 4.1 except the rather minor one you referenced (KBA 1986781), and I'm especially intrigued that you've had this occur across multiple versions of BI.
Please let me know:
- Do you run with the copy of Tomcat provided with BI, or your own (and was that the case last year as well)?
- Is your Tomcat server machine the same as the CMS?
- What operating system(s) do each Tomcat / CMS run on?
- How have you resolved this in the past? System-wide rescheduling?
I wonder if it might be a variant of the issue described under KBA 1404484, for which the culprit is the time zone configuration of the server which houses the web application server. Note, though, that this is unique only to Linux / Unix.
