I have been facing a problem with badi DOC_PERSONALIZE_BCS.
I managed to create a PDF document.
I also find that badi COMPLETE_PROC_PPF may be useful.
My need is to send a mail with a custom body.
/oweb_ui => "ServicePro - " => Service Operations => Billing Documents => look for a billing document and display it.
Here you have the panel "Scheduled Action" which contains all the actions that where defined by the functionnal guy.
You may also click on "Output Preview".
When I click on "outpuf preview" sap crm build a standard mail.
SAP call COMPLETE_PROC_PPF and then DOC_PERSONALIZE_BCS.
When I click on a "scheduled actions" sap crm build a standard mail.
SAP call COMPLETE_PROC_PPF and then DOC_PERSONALIZE_BCS.
My problem is when I click on "Output Preview" , Sap tries to convert the body of my mail into a otf document, unfortunately it does not succed. I have attached a pdf to my mail but sap still tries to convert the body and not the email body as un OTF.
Is there anyone who had the same problem with email generate and Outprview ?
So I tried to differenciate click on "outpuf preview" and "scheduled actions" but it seems impossible. None of the object passed as a arguments seems to contained any pertinent data.
Does anyones knows how to differenciate click on "outpuf preview" and "scheduled actions" in a badi DOC_PERSONALIZE_BCS or COMPLETE_PROC_PPF ?
