OMDU Activation- MRP Activation

Hi team,

We are using APO & ECC in our landscape. All the materials are planned in APO & NO single material is planned in ECC. In this case, to view the MD04 screen, i know that OPPQ settings to be in ECC for each plant with some dummy value. Is it mandatory to activate MRP  in OMDU (IN ECC) to view the MD04?
