Since the 2lis_02_hdr does extract data from EKPA, pool of fields has the Purchasing Document Number, if you make this one of the fields that is extracted it may include in delta when any change occurs. Since this will be put in the delta, you can then append the DataSource and create a BADI that will populate that field. Now, I don't know the relationship (1:m or m:m, etc...) from EKPA and EKKO but I believe you should easily be able to extract this data with delta capable. To test this I would select in the pool of fields the field from EKPA and then change the PARVW field for a record and make sure that the transaction is added to LBWQ. Let me know how you progress.
