We have recently upgraded to SAP Business One 9.0 and it has been displaying some odd behavior in different areas.
One issue that we're experiencing at the moment is the following:
Our sales department use descriptions, not codes, to key in products in sales orders. The way they do it is by typing some of the description + tab and they get a list that they pick from (it also helps them by showing the quantity on hand, etc.). This works fine for all users except for one. What happens when this user does that is when she selects an item from that list (either by double clicking or clicking once and then selecting choose) the “list of items” screen isn't exited but in the background the item is added. This leads the user to click again thinking it hadn't worked the first time. What happens the second time though is the screen is exited and behind it the sales order is completely wiped out and gone into “find” mode.
This only happens intermittently and at this stage the user can't seem to think of anything she does before or after this behavior that may trigger it.
I'm just wondering if anyone has come across this issue before and found the solution to it.
