Is that iview linked to backend.
.On the quality environment , while creating an iView or creating a system object , we are frequently getting a Description: Connection Timed Out message.
If yes.
Have you check that the system alias is defined correctly in the system landscape properly.
what is the exact message that you get .
what error do you see in NWA.
Is the same user getting this issue again or different users are getting.
