Can you please use the fully qualified host name .

for the SLD you are doing the FQHN but not for your NWDI.

can you try to for nslookup <hostname of NWDI>

Can you get the IP address of the NWDI and then try with that in the browser.

http://ipaddressNWDI:50700/devinf
