HCM P&F - Write Authorization to Infotype

Hi Gurus,

I have developed a process with 3 steps i.e., Initiator, Manager and HR Admin. Created a rule for checking Step i.e., Check_Stage. so that actual Updation takes place in HR_Admin step. Rule is FORM_SCENARIO_STAGE  = HR_Admin and assigned same for corresponding IT operation.

My issue is When Manager(Manager Step) opens UWL and Checks, why program checks for Write Authorization to IT.

Generally Managers are not given Write to but Reading of IT.

Could you please guide me how to avoid the write to Authorization error in Manager step.
