Modify label of field in appraisal documents

I need modify the text for some fields ie. Notes in appraisal documents

I found the following wiki:

However for do this I need have an employee created in the client 100(dev) and with this the syste can generate a Transport

Where is stored the text that apprear in the label for the field "Note Final appraisal"
