It is most probably the problem with the table control BDC. How many rows are displayed at one go in table control. In your logic keep the page down to as early as possible. did you pass optimize screen resolution checkbox in bdc as well simulate background..? Imagine that on my screen resolution is different and on yours its different. So both us will see different number of rows.
