If that is the case, as per your scenario whether you want Termination record in Additional actions alone. If that is the case you can remove withdrawn status from Termination action and maintain active status. If you want to identify the employee as rehire & Termination on same day maintain a datetype in IT0041.
Anyway in your scenario employee will be active fired day and rehired day....................So why Inactive status for Termination,make as Active status for Termination action as well. So in additional actions u will have both records....... I am not sure of other issues..Just a suggestion!!!!!!!!!!
