we've the same error.
it is not possible to activiate MultiProviders with report the 'RSDG_CUBE_ACTIVATE'. We selected only Basis-, Virtual- and Aggrgats-Cubes and the report works fine.
For activiting MultiProviders your should use the report 'RSDG_MPRO_ACTIVATE'.
